These Terms of Service govern your use of Aven Vitamins

Product Information

We make every effort to display our products accurately, including descriptions, ingredients, and images. However, we cannot guarantee that your screen’s rendering of colors or product appearance will be exact. Product specifications are subject to change without notice.

Our products are dietary supplements. They are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease. These statements have not been evaluated by the Food and Drug Administration.


Placing an Order

Submitting an order constitutes an offer to purchase. We reserve the right to accept or decline any order at our sole discretion. A contract is formed when you receive an order confirmation email from us. We may cancel an order at any time before dispatch if we are unable to fulfill it, and will issue a full refund in that case.


Pricing

All prices are listed in U.S. dollars and are subject to change without notice. The price charged will be the price shown at the time your order is placed and confirmed. Prices do not include applicable taxes or shipping fees, which will be itemized at checkout.

In the event of a pricing error, we will notify you before shipping and offer you the option to proceed at the correct price or cancel for a full refund.


Payment

We accept the payment methods listed at checkout. By submitting payment, you represent that you are the authorized user of the payment method provided, and that the billing information you supply is accurate and complete.

Payments are processed by Shopify Payments. Aven Vitamins does not store your full payment card details. By completing a purchase, you also agree to that processor’s terms of service.


Order Cancellations

You may request a cancellation by contacting us at hello@avenvitamins.com as soon as possible after placing your order. We will do our best to accommodate cancellation requests made before an order has been dispatched. Once an order has shipped, our Return Policy applies.


4. Shipping & Returns

Shipping and return terms are governed by our Shipping & Returns Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference and available at [www.avenvitamins.com/policies/shipping-returns].

Risk of loss and title to products transfer to you upon delivery to the carrier. Aven Vitamins is not responsible for carrier delays or losses once a shipment has been handed off, though we will work with you to resolve any issues that arise.


5. Subscriptions

If you enroll in a subscription, you authorize us to charge your payment method automatically at the interval and rate disclosed at the time of enrollment. Subscription rates are subject to change with notice.

You may cancel or pause your subscription at any time before your next renewal date through your account or by contacting us at hello@avenvitamins.com. Cancellations take effect at the end of the current billing period. We do not issue refunds for subscription charges already processed unless the order has not yet been fulfilled.
