Our Satisfaction Commitment

We stand behind our products. If you are unsatisfied with your purchase for any reason, we want to hear from you. Please contact us at hello@avenvitamins.com before initiating a return so we can understand the issue and do our best to resolve it.

Eligibility

We accept returns under the following conditions:

• The request is made within 2 days of the delivery date.

• The product must be unused and in its original, sealed condition.

• The item must be in its original packaging.

The following are not eligible for return:

• Orders returned without prior authorization from our team.

How to Initiate a Return

To begin the return process, email us at hello@avenvitamins.com with your order number and the reason for your return. Our team will respond within 1-3 business days with instructions.

Return Shipping

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, unless the return is due to our error (wrong item sent, defective product). We provide a prepaid return label for defect-related returns; customer covers shipping for change-of-mind returns or other returns. 

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you by email. Approved refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 1-5 business days of approval. Please allow additional time for your bank or card issuer to post the credit. A restocking fee of 5% applies to all orders. 

Exchanges

We offer exchanges on unopened products within 2 days. Please contact us to arrange.
