How to Request a Return
To start a return or request a refund, email us at hello@avenvitamins.com with your order number and a brief description of your experience. Our team responds Monday to Friday, within 24 hours.
Return Conditions
- Returns must be requested within 30 days of the delivery date.
- We do not require you to return the product for a refund on first orders.
- For subsequent orders, we may request that any unused portion be returned.
- Refunds are issued to the original payment method within 5 to 7 business days of approval.
Damaged or Incorrect Orders
If your order arrived damaged or you received the wrong item, email us with a photo and your order number. We'll resolve it promptly at no cost to you.
Subscription Orders
You can cancel or pause your subscription at any time by emailing hello@avenvitamins.com. Cancellations submitted before your next billing date will prevent the following order from processing.
