Processing Time

Orders are processed and shipped within 1 to 2 business days of purchase. Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed the next business day.

Shipping Options

• Standard Shipping: Estimated delivery within 5 to 7 business days from shipment.
• Free Shipping: Available on all orders over $60.

Order Tracking

Once your order ships, you'll receive a confirmation email with tracking information. Tracking updates may take up to 24 hours to appear after your shipment is scanned.

Shipping Destinations

We currently ship within the United States. International shipping availability will be announced as we expand.

Delivery Issues

If your order is delayed, marked as delivered but not received, or arrives damaged, please reach out to our support team. We're available Monday to Friday and aim to respond within 24 hours.

Subscription Shipping

Subscription orders follow the same processing and shipping timelines. You'll receive a reminder before each shipment and can easily pause, skip, or cancel by emailing hello@avenvitamins.com.
